The space thats close to the middle is too empty, I think you should fill that up. The spot behind Rikkus head is an eyesore. The rest goes together great. It would probably be easier to move Rikku over to the middle some more than to change the two other options. 8/10
Add either more "paint" to the actual sig or more stars. Your choice to make it look better. ANYWAY, it looks god for the most part. Nice work with the background!
The design in the top left corner and the stars make it very intersting Bareri! ^^ Also you should put a quote in it so you could fill that gap up. ^^
