They're already saying we may have another dry winter for 2015-2016, but that's still a long ways away. Save your bogus stories for people who care, scientists, and focus on more important matters like the, oh, I don't know, present.
And even if turns out to be true, we all know the media has a bad habit of over-exaggerating everything, no matter how small or big.
