Request REQUEST - Icon edit

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could clean up/make a 'sprite' version of the YouTube icon in my signature -- As you can see, it isn't level to the NicoNico sprite, it's in awful quality and it looks like a rainbow barfed behind it. xD

But yeah, would it be possible to make it about the same size as my old one? It's going to replace it in my sig.
