Video Reposting some of my AMVs here (more on Youtube)

Hi there. I have watched this site for a while and used it to get most of my KH clips, but I have never posted my videos here until now. Recently, Youtube decided to claim one of my latest videos for copyright reasons, and that, along with all the other videos dissappearing/getting muted, drove me to stop putting my videos there, and start putting them here.

Unfortunately, after I got Vegas, as I was cleaning up all my WMM files (combined clips, etc), I accidently deleted all my WMM videos from my computer, and didnt even think about it until after I emptied my recycle bin.

So, here are my Vegas videos (all except for my one collab, because that one is not wholly mine, and I don't think it is all that good).

1.) The effects are a bit cheesy, but the footage goes great with the lyrics.
2.) Te effects are great, but basic. Overloading with basic effects can make an AMV look very good or very bad. In this case, it's very good.
3.)I really don't se to much purpose in it unless you were just doing it for fun. Again...pretty basic, but you could've chosen a different song to do.

Overall, I give them an average of 7.5/10

 

Well, the first one was my first attempt with Vegas, so I didnt expect it to be perfect. I still don't really have a good grasp on it. The third video was just for fun, basically. I chose it as a halloween/Youtube birthday vid, as they fell on the same day.

And about the basicness of the effects - I have only put out 3 full videos, and with the MASSIVE amount of combinations of effects, it is kind of hard to figure out. I do watch other people's vids, to try and figure out new effects, but with the amazing amount of crap on Youtube (which is what I used up untill now), it's not easy.

I use Vegas as well. I know, it's very complicated. You can make extremely good AMVs with it though.

 

Only video I saw was your One Winged Angel one, and I have to say that it's pretty okay.(Reason why I saw this one because you said it was your LATEST vid unless it's not.)
But you could've done A LOT more in that vid, since you ignored a couple of the beats(most at the beginning) in that vid, making the rhythym seem a little weird and the vid sometimes boring imo.
But hey, that's my opininon, and I'm sure you'll improve.

 

Yea, that was kind of an experiment on Youtube. For my second WMM video, I did Duel of the Fates, and, predictably, I used almost no effects. I wanted to see if I could still do that, after using effects and such for so long. So I went light on them. eh, I guess it kinda worked, but you are right, it does make it a lottle more boring.
