Stock up on Magic cards, They'll help you quite alot.
Cardbreak him ASAP or he'll get a move in.
During moves where he makes shockwaves move on the ground start gliding, It's useful for Helm split also.
Dark Firaga can be dodged. You can Dodge Roll TOWARDS Repliku if you wait untill the right moment, The Firaga will miss you.
Use Oogie Boogie card or Cures when needed, Don't think "Oh I'll survive for a few hits" Just don't. It'll kill ya >_>
Some of my info may be wrong because I only remember Repliku 4.

Three things that heped alot in this fight were the Lethal Flame and Sonic Blade sleighs and the Jafar card. Jafar will keep Repliku from breaking your cards and the two sleighs will deal a considerable amount of damage. Do this, and you will win for sure.
