When I bought Animal Crossing, the girl at the store asked me if I had a membership card so I could get the discount. I said no. "Would you like one?" "No, I'm good."
She still gave me the discount.

 

I was expecting something funny...
That made it extra sad. D:

Specially because, even though my mom doesn't have a problem, she plays D:
