Birth by Sleep Release confirmed for Winter 2009?

A guy on YouTube said it's confirmed that BBS is going to release this Winter, and it's for real. Or is it? I can't say. My Japanese isn't good enough to translate that part out of the scans. What do you guys say? O_o

 

Hmm aparently eard from some people that it was to be released for 2009 in japan but intook from that they would hae to translate which takes a few months so im thinking early 2010 but what if , they've already translated it :)

We updated about this a month or two.
Nomura confirmed that he wants to get BBS out by Winter 2009 for Japan.

 

I hope they don't delay it, like they did in previous games.
