Rejection It feels like a million needles Piercing my heart The pain going through me Until I can no longer stand it And I burst out in tears That one word That solemn word that Breaks my heart: "No" That's all you had to say To ruin my life forever Why'd you make me feel this way? I gave you all you could want All you could ask for But all I got was rejection You didn't even look at me When you said that one word Couldn't you tell i was upset? You acted like you don't care Like I'm just a piece of glass Lying shattered on the ground I really thought you cared for me I thought you felt the same But I guess I was wrong I know now that you don't love me Because nobody does That's why I get rejected ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Just a poem to pass the time and help get rid of my fear of getting rejected by my crush if I decide to ask him out... ^^'
