Recording.

Well, I am sure most of you know I want to get the mod job here. >_>

But, to be a mod, you need to be a good member and contribute to the site (in my eyes at least).

So how would I contribute to Kh-vids.net?

Making videos of Kh of course. ^_^

I am not doing this for the mod job alone, so don't worry. I have many other reasons for this.

I would like to know where I can get something that can record Organization 13 Fights in high quality (not glitched or anything). I mean, no offense, but the videos of Bosses here.... suck. For Twilight Xemnas, I can make a vid where I use reversal perfectly, barely get hit, make it look cool, get him to use all moves, and make it quick (making it look like one of you were playing). Compare that to the one on the site now. ^_^

I can do this for any Organization member, and I plan on recording the Data fights. So, where can I get a recorder (not a video camera).

Also, how would I upload it? Do I just put it in the cd drive and then upload it to youtube or something? As you can see, I have never done this before. T_T

This is the funniest thing I've read in weeks... You want to be a mod, but then you insult the guy who got the footage by saying he sucks? LOL. In all honesty, if you became a mod I'd complain like hell, and then I'd die of laughter. Your still too new for a mod spot. Zexion, NRA, Delux, people like that deserve it way before you... Next, to record footage, you need a capture card...

 

Some people record directly to their DVD players, then rip them to their comps and re-encode. That's one way.

Another way is to use TV Capture Cards, AVI TV Wonder is a cheap alternative that some members here use for their own personal use.

The more expensive ones are the USB/Firewire transfers, although these can cost 100-300 dollars, they're more customizable and have many more functions.

All methods are capable of high-quality videos.

 

not everyone can be a mod, But im all for it put everything you have into it.

 

1. Really shouldn't have said they suck. I didnt say he sucks, but he should have put more effort into them. By saying the vids sucked, I meant he should have made use of the controls.

1. DS did alot of the same stuff that I'm pretty sure we all did, just press the X button and see where it goes. Becasue frankly that's what most people actually do, especially their first itme through.

2. Yes, a very long way. everyone not wanting to just stay as a user is one of the big complaints here though... You, with just 70 posts and being here for a few months, and not being an old site reg, proove that the problem is right.

I agree some of the Boss Battle vids do need a little more strategy...

And I'm pretty sure a Capture Card is the way to go.
