I have:
Star Ocean 2 and 3
Final Fantasies I, II, VII, VIII, IX, X, X-2. Thinking of buying DoC and XII.
Dark Cloud/2
Xenosaga eps I and II (thinking of getting III)
Legend of Dragoon *shot*


Thinking of buying:
FF3 DS
FFIV and FFV Advance (when will FFVI Advance come out?)
Radiata Stories
Dragon Quest VIII
Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth and VP:Silmeria
Any Mana game (thinking of getting the one(s) for DS)
Are the SaGa and Grandia games any good?
Tales of the Abyss and the previous Tales for PS2 (doesn't have a GC, but may buy one)
Baten Kaitos (if I get a GC)

The Grandia series are great, it has the best battle system in a RPG.

Tales of Eternia on PSP is good. And well you have mentioned the other good ones.

 

I personally did NOT like Baten KAitos at all. The system was way to random, and the difficulty vaired so much. Its incredibly easy up until you get to a certain fight (where I stopped) and then all of the sudden its near impossible!
If your getting a gamecube, the two best RPG's are Tales of Symphonia and Skies of Arcadia. Skies is a classic, and one of my all time favorites. If you get a GC do NOT pass it up :D

 

Final Fantasy III DS and Paper Mario 2.

What's wrong with Legend of Dragoo? It's an ok game.

I'm thinking of getting .hack//GU, but if it has "Mature Sexual Themes" like the previous .hack's, no matter how much I beg, my mum won't let me buy it....
Shin Megami Tensei looks fun, but it's rated M. Even though I'm 17, I may have to persuade my mom. (Now that TRULY deserved such a rating, unlike .hack's content. I mean, jeez, there's nothing 'sexual' in .hack at all.)
Is Atelier Iris and the SaGa's any good? What about Suikoden?
Feel free to recommend some more! For PS2, Gamecube, maybe Xbox/360....PS3 and Wii will have to wait xD...
