Rayku and What? present - Pokemon Thread Part 2

We have decided for the Gym Leader process to use polls and whatnot, in a meagre attempt for egalitarianism.

To not destroy the Spam Zone with threads, however, we have decided for a solution that may at least appease over half of you collective plebians:

Simply list which of the five below Pokemon types you would use if you were a gym leader, and only ONE please. The quota will be around ten for each type so we may not have 22 for Steel and zero for Bug.

The types are listed below:

The reason there are only five types is due to, as per Ray's previous implication, the current existing of three pre-set Gym Leaders; Haley, Nova, and Radiowave.

Steel

I actually let out a giggle.

 

Normal, surprisingly a badass gym type if they are pretty defensive or if someone tries to fight them with nothing but ghosts.

Challenging for normal. My team will be comprised of three miltanks, two snorlaxes and one Ratatta w/endevour, Quick Attack and Focus Band.

Oh, and I'm going to have a page long speech that I repeat before the battle begins.

Apparently you are to be an Elite Four member, perhaps some miscommunication went on somewhere, but I shall inform you with details later. For now I shall still keep you as a Normal choice until it is absolutely confirmed.

EDIT: Discussed, you are still an Elite Four member.

As long as it functions as a soliloquy it shall be perfectly fine.

Update Completion.

We already have a large surplus of Dragon-based trainers, including within the Elite Four, so we decided to leave out the Dragon-type from the gyms.

 

Steel please :lolface: I shall be a grey haired, suit wearing industrialist with a passion for raising Pokemon to be as tough and hard wearing as the steel girders I make in my many factories:ninjacat:

On that note, my gym would be in one of the factories, with many steel mill type obstacles ;D

 

I would like the Bug type.
