The most defining flaw is clearly the proportion of the head in contrast with the details of the face; one side appears to be larger or more elongated than the other. Purple cats, however, are delicious.
Echoing What?'s comment, the enlarged area on the left side of the face is a large flaw in the drawing. (no pun intended.) What it is also lacking is shading, and texture. Perhaps more detail on the fur would be nice, maybe define a few strands of hair? Purple~ <3
