Well I like the little lighting effect at the bottom, but the motion blur looks a little awkward. Maybe instead of that you could use some smudging techniques to make the focal points of your tag stand out more. Add in more lighting effects to make everything a little more colorful and bright, possibly adding in some gradients for effect. Look up a tutorial on effects and I'm sure you'll be doing great. :3
