actually, you can have ANY game ID you want so long as another game hasn't taken it and you stick with that ID with all your codes

I managed to convert the enable code and max bolts but I couldn't do the inf. hp ones I used id 1149

Well...actually they CAN but they just won't work once they're converted.

 

Then how do you think AR MAX mastercodes are made?

There are a few types of M codes, there's a type that can be converted, other types won't work?

Examples of ones that can't be converted are:

1.Codebreaker Version 7+
2.Gameshark Media with Broadband Enabled.

What is the type that will work when converted?

 

What I mean is that Codebreaker version 7+ (M) Codes and Gameshark Media with Broadband Enabled (M) Codes won't work when they're converted to another format such as Action Replay Max for example.
