"Heroes Return" The only Insomniac game that would fit that description is Ratchet and Clank. So this makes me excited. Maybe it'll be made for next-gen.
If this really is a new R&C, I do hope they go back to the traditional Ratchet and Clank style. Full Frontal Assault held me over for a little while, but I've missed the adventure style from previous entries like A Crack in Time. Also, am I the only one who thinks that teased image looks a bit like the Dark Portal from the beginning of Jak 2?: Spoiler: image Now, seeing as this is an Insomniac title being teased, and Jak and Daxter is Naughty Dog, I doubt the new game has anything to do with J&D. I just thought it looked similar is all.
The fact that it says "Worlds Collide", and Jak was a character Skin for player 2 in Ratchet: Deadlocked, I wouldn't be surprised if these two worlds collided.
YES, it's about time a new traditional playing R&C game has once again showcased itself!!! It's been confirmed just for the PS3 and this just adds another game to my list so far.
I was expecting a release on the PS4, but this works just as well; comes out pretty soon too. Super excited for this.
So long as this is an actual game like Crack in Time (which I still think is in the top 5 PS3 exclusives) and not a bite-sized gimmick like Full Frontal Assault- I just justified buying my PS3.
i'm disappointed this isn't a mash-up with jak and daxter, but it's ratchet and clank and it'll still be a good game. looking forward to it
