Wow, this is a great start! You definitely chose some great stocks to begin with and the effects are done nicely to complement the picture. However, I feel that the placement is alright but there should just be more going on, they seem a little flat at the moment, like for this one: It just feels like she's a little too high up while her eye should be more into the middle of the picture (not completely though) as it's the focal point and it's too near the edge. Also, for those ones they seem a little flat, some lighting should be added to add more depth. Experiment a bit. However, I think these are great for a starter- keep it up!
