Eh, its alright I guess. You've lost all the focus with Cloud though, so now he's blurry and lost all the sharpness.

The background is really kickass but because Cloud is so blurry and the size is so big, I got a headache xD

Just sharpen Cloud, or the entire pic, so it's more focused.

 

umm its ok but its a little blurry try fixing that up and it is pretty good

 

Original's much better. Looks like all you did was smudge the whole thing up, changed the colors, and added black bordering. Try sharpening the whole thing, add contrast between Cloud and the background, and make the background more interesting.

Cloud seems to have been blurred out with the colours you used. It's ok, but the original it better.

Someone went overboard with smudging.

It really has no sense of linearity and flow, and your eyes move all over the place with this. The focal point(Which seems to be cloud) is extremely out of focus and he's now more blurry than he was in the original picture(How did that happen?). The black border isn't very well done and not proportioned in the slightest and the colors don't look very well together(What the hell is with the blue?). Go have a field day with tutorials.
