I c demyx boast some kind of interest in butterflies and cookies, no surprise... Anyways, I think you should work on his hair and bit more, they look a bit stiff, if u no wat I mean, when hair is supposed to be quite free, even for those that stick up. And you mite wana add a little bit of sideburn hair. The head looks a bit too round in all of them, especially the chins. You should curve them towards a certain point instead of making them completely round. Other than that, I can't say much, they all look pretty good.

If you are aiming for a chibi style, there are tutorials for it on the net (big chance to find one on DeviantArt). The basics of a chibi is chubbiness, the body is usually the size of the head. Mastersword is right about the head and hair, but the body is also a little stiff. I believe Demyx is a very flexible guy, so keep that in mind as you draw him. :3 Very cute drawings. But you can aim higher. :>
Make the head less round. The head is supposed to be at least a circle with a point at the end for a chin. But since this is chibi, at least show a possible cheek.
Aww, these Demyx chibis are soooo cute! XD Although like Eastercat said, just define the face a tiny bit, and it'll look even better. Other than that though, this looks awesome! XD :glomp:
