Hmmm. :/ Try brightening it up more and the color blue is overwhelming. Try toning it down a bit and then you'll get it! ^^ NIce job though.

 

Well...because the render was blurry from the rain, it only makes sense for the sig to be blurry. Regardless, great job. Such a sad scene though.

Definitely sharpen it and brighten it with a gradient. It really has no "wow" factor...it's ok for a beginner. Also, try to read some tuts.
