Help Quick Question.

Is it ok to post a thread containing a picture that could be taken as innappropriate if it's in spoiler tags and there is a clear warning saying it could be taken inappropriately?

 

Instead of actually putting a suggestion thread, it's better just to PM staff about your situation.
Also, you do know that we have younger members on KHV and posting that wouldn't be very nice. We are trying to have KHV as a safe and entertaining community. If you need to post this type of stuff, there is Msn.

 

I agree with this. Even though you say it's inappropriate, people are still going to be curious about what it is. It doesn't matter how late in the day it is, if it's against the rules, then it shouldn't be posted at all.

 

I agree with Sabby. Even if you do give a warning like that, this site is mainly targeted towards the same audience as Kingdom Hearts: younger kids. And that would not be smething that they should see. If you do want to share it, yeah, you can always use MSN or another private medium.

 

Yeah...if there's an issue with something you posted, take it up with the staff member that deleted/edited it. No need for a thread.

As for content, if it's inappropriate it doesn't belong on KHV. Simple as that. This site is intended for a younger audience, as Sabby said. There's plenty of other media you could use to show your friends or whatever.

 

For once i read the rules. It says it can be deleted if it's obscene or too inappropriate. Thing is, it's a scene from LOTR that could be taken inappropriately. If it's a scene from LOTR isn't that alright? o.o i don't see what's so bad about it

 

It's you implying that it could be inappropriate. Then automatically people will think of in the bad way. It's how the minds work for many people. If you say it as one thing, people are going to see it your way, which only a few others might not notice it

 

It'd be better if asked about this via PM instead of via suggestion on the forum. But long answer short: no, it's not allowed, even in spoiler tags. Even with spoiler tags people can get curious and disregard warnings, and considering the ages of some people who visit the site we feel it's better not to risk that.
