When does it start?
When are the themes announced?
How long is voting?

1. It starts every week and a half.

2. Themes are randomly chosen, and they are announced with the following SotW (or whenever it is announced).

3. Voting usually ranges half a week after entries. Entries last as long as 7 days, while voting only takes about 4.
