Chain of Memories Question

    I wa thinking of getting the Chain Of Memories game, so I looked up a video on Youtube...Then I noticed the card thing. Kind of off-putting...Does the game's combat now purely revolve around silly little card thingies, or is that just a special boss fight thingy ma jig?

    That's how you fight all the battles. It's also how you open doors. The whole game is based around the cards. But if you want to find out what happens between KH1 and KH2, then you should get this.

    I liked the card battle system...it was fun. It took me forever to get a good enough deck to beat my friend(I destroyed all but one of his cards and he had to give up because of that). I'm sure you'll actually like it. If you don't...well...at least just beat the game to learn more about the organization. Or if you don't want to spend money, do what Tularim said and download the videos/watch them on youtube.

    Well the card system is good IMO. Just remember to find a good level up sequence, you do not want to have tons of health but no CP. Also ignore button mash urges. I picked up my friend's copy and button mashed. Stupid!

    Chain of memories was sad... But it had a great plot to it, and the card thing was pretty kewl, I guess?

    The card system is pretty unusual. That being said, it's a much more strategic game than anything else in the series. Building a deck is fun. The thing that makes it all worthwhile, however, is the storyline. I loved watching the Organization plotting and scheming. You don't see that in KHII. And it has Marluxia in it!

    I recommend getting Re:CoM with Final Mix +. It's just a lot better than the original (plus you can fight Zexion for the first time).

    the card game really is there for stratagy buffs you can really beat the game by just memorizeing battle patterns and beating the crap out of the bosses

    but the card game isn't hard to figure out and if ya have problems PM me I iz the CoM master (original RE: CoM I have no flippin idea about)

    I'm wondering also is the GBA version worth buying b cause i played kh1 and 2 and i have no access to the final mix version! I just want to play another kh game to entertain myself b fore 358/2 days comes out!
