Dear fans of fun,

Alright, due to the excesive amount of these threads, I am going to have to make this thread for the hell of it. From this point, any questions that are on threads such as the one in the title, will have the following answer: "Hell yes, there are no exceptions".

Seriously, it will make life more fun....I guess. So, if you think someone is a dumb-tard, and you go ask him/her if the person is on a thread such as the one in the title...the chances are, he or she is.
