    And since Google doesn't like translating that page, the boxes appear to be First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, and Email. Then you vote on a game, and check the first three boxes (they are generic agreement of terms but the fourth is a news letter opt-in). So there you go, a bit less work on the rest of you
