    i DID see on the news that ppl brought shotguns and pistols to rob ppl with PS3, that's just wrong. but at least ONE person who had a gun was nice enough to shoot another person robbing someone else. i don't see what all the hype is about, there isn't even ANY games for PS3 yet. and i don't see why these ppl think they can sell it on Ebay for $2000. ppl could just....i don't know.....wait till next week? anyone reading this, DO NOT go buy a PS3 just yet, it's just not worth getting shot for a game system that isn't that great yet.

    lol, i saw the vids on g4 today xD.........i laughed so hard, cause some people are just so stupid to shoot someone for a ps3.........and in 2 period in class today on eBay some was selling the ps3 and it reached $99,999..........i bet the bidders where just messing with the seller.........who the hells gonna pay that much for a ps3!?!?!?!

    Yes, I saw this and I was blown away. To think that some people would go to those lengths for a game system, one that has no games out yet and one that they can easily purchase in the weeks to come. I really thought that this was ridiculous.

    Seriously...but in my community cops were patrolling during the release. Apparently, when I asked the cop, when massive sized software and hardware is released, they have to try and prevent things like what you described, Evil. My Game stop manager said that to me as well, Ha ha.

    Anyway, yeah. People stealing game consoles and using guns...what the heck? It's just a console used for entertainment...and other things. What's the big deal? There's not even any good games out yet anyway. I would just wait until the price went down...mebbe a couple 100 dollars or so.
