Well, since PotS and PanS haven't really been getting too much activity, they may get kick started more if you, the denizens of KHV, submitted themes instead of relying on the INFINITE WISDOM of Claw and I Cat~. did i mention INFINITE Anyway, this is pretty much going to work like the SotW and the Traditional Art of the Month ideas threads. Here a couple of themes/ideas if they're acceptableeee. Parody or retelling of classic stories Paring down, or revision of a longer short story or even novel into a flash fiction piece Ekphrasis or writing about art
Ineffable - Work outside your understanding, write a character or plot that you can't understand because it is beyond you not because it doesn't make sense Inversion - Open to interpretation. Incomplete - Don't finish, get as close to finishing as you can but set an unrealistic time for yourself or just leave it undone Interactions - All dialogue, no description Inference - Open to interpretation.
What if you posted a picture and everyone had to write their own story behind the picture, interpret what's going on and write about it? Also dragons because why not.
Collaboration ~ Teams of two work together to complete a story Anonymous ~ No character names or places are ever mentioned Fanfiction Frenzy ~ You can pull from any number of different sources, but the plot must remain somewhat faithful to the original Just throwing ideas around.
