This is great! Equality for thw win!

It shouldn't matter who you love as long as you do for who they are!

I did my final English paper my first semester on college on the exact same thing and made an A on it :D

Its about damn time. I do agree it took too long, but at least it finally happened.

If I'm right, it's not just a step for equality, but it'll give the economy a boost over there

and hopefully everywhere else when the other states follow in their footsteps, here's hoping to that

All I can say is about time, that took way longer than it should have. Let's hope the bit about an economy boost is true too.

I'm thrilled, my state just this year denied gay marriage through a people's vote statewide.

I was horrendously upset when we lost. I do think they should have the same rights as every other person. It's not fair, otherwise. Do be warned, though...

This is going to go to a higher court. They anti-gay marriage coalition is already making waves to do so. What's going to happen now, who knows, but it's still a huge victory for them.

if the judge was gay he wouldn't have given the anti-gays time before he repealed Prop8

or something like that, i read it and it said something about where he gave them time to fight his overturn.

personally, i think its bull that people have to throw that out there.

no matter what, anti-gay marriage supporters would call in to question any judges sexuality. its a cheap shot to get people scared.

its propaganda, and scare tactics. and i am sickened.
