Another Effort at trying to create a tag...
In this design i focused on using brush effects (smudge, burn, blur) I'm not sure if i turned out all that well because doesn't blend into the background aswell.

Comments and Critisicm wanted :3 (also if someone could give me some links to some more advanced tutorials to help me use brushes and blend the stock, I would be very grateful)

I don't normally comment on these things but I'd say the colors and effects you used were good. Though as for using the Prince, it doesn't go well with him. Probably would've fit better if you stuck with some shades of gold or dark red. Hm. I'm not sure if the text is supposed to fit in with the image. If it isn't than it's alright. Though the text does seem out of place even if I couldn't tell it was there from first glance.

The title of the thread was what caught my attention. << *Massive PoP fan*

    This is some good advice.

Honestly I was expecting the newer prince but whatevs...
The stock looks fine to me. You had a good idea that just wasn't executed well. The stock could be blended into the background a bit better, for sure, but it's not that bad.

Agreed, very good work. The stock could've been blended into the background a bit more, but you've captured the actual motion of the sig very well. The text...isn't the best, but as far as placement goes, I wouldn't have put it anywhere else. subtle colouring is good, but I recommend your light source is the same colour as the lighting that hits the render, the white flare seems a little out of place. I know I'm being picky, but its a very good tag nonetheless. Try out c4ds, they're fun =) Still, great work, hope to see more from you
