The shaking effect is fine, just get rid of the vertical white overlays... they are way too thick. Other than that, nice work so far.
It's looking very good, the shaking effect is fine, just don't overuse it throughout the whole video. As for the bars, I would personally make them thinner and set them to an overlay.
