Pokemon red rescue team help

I want some help in order to find the TM fly. I search everywhere and i can't find it. I need it in order to get Rayquaza on my team.

Plus i'd like someone to give me some help with Regice and Registeel. The don't enter my team even though i have the friend bow and Mew is with me. Regirock though joined me.

I have no idea what to do.

 

Well, in Blue Rescue Team Fly is in Wyvern Hill. It is on the 30th floor or something and you need a key. What level are you? Every time you reach a certain level your recruitment chances become greater and greater. This usually happens at levels divisible by ten. Regirock is the first one you find, and the easiest to recruit. My brother has a Sceptile level 90 and has all of the legendaries and Kecleon. It is easier because he is such a high level and has a FRiend Bow, which can be found in Mt. Faraway or bought in level 1 dungeons.

I don't know if it is different from gameboy (red) to DS (Blue)

 

I usually go to Buried relic with Pikachu at the moment being Lv. 71 and Swampert Lv 60 or something. So you say that i need a high lv. pokemon in order to recruit them?

Why it's always on 30th floor...

Hey, no problem! Yeah.... I don't like starting with the Pika I don't know why. I like Charmander, Squirtle or Chikorita and Cyndaquil. I can only have a Cyndaquil as a partner because only boys can get Cyndaquil and it is a pet peeve of mine that, even though gender is only mentioned once, would still bother me.

Can't wait for the Time and Darkness to come out.

 

According to the game i'm a Mudkip, no matter how many times i tried for a different result but it's fine by me. Especially now that is a Swampert. Pikachu is my partner and btw he is lv. 80, as i found out today.
