Pokémon HG and SS question

This is to those who've played. Is the game worth playing? Can I have sinnoh pokemon it?

I don't know and if you can be so kindly tell me the estimated release date for America's version.

 

Yeah it's worth playing. I played the ROM a bit and so far it's worth it.

And yeah you get a national dex, so sinnoh pokemon are included.

It's great.
The music is great, you get your first pokemon to aways follow you and a lot of other cool stuff.
Plus there are some minor changes, like, you get a Togepi with Extrasensory from the egg(Though that's the only change i've saw since i'm still at the beginning).

Nobody really cares about it to translate.
Though i know in some part Lance joins you instead of just supporting you.
And also, you can trade with D/P/Pt games right after you get the pokedex, so you can get the sinnoh pokemons even before getting national dex.

 

I knwoo your in the beginning and all but is the pokegear still there along with the radio card? I'm sorry if this is too many questions. If you can find a faq for it. it should answer all my questions

 

That's good for me. I might send a few of my stronger pokemon over at some point to build up some good HG/SS teams. I remember having the most of my life wasted on late nights with Silver battling Red, Elite four, etc.

 

Or who we all know as Ash who I hope is a avaiable to battle. I want to steal his character model and put it as my HG avvy. Which makes wonder is he in the game?

 

As far as I can tell, you have a friend-type Pokemon trainer (opposite sex, like in 3rd and 4th gen games so far) that helps/battles you every now and then. Otherwise it seems to be the same storyline. I am almost sure there will be a new element to be included, such as when you get to Kanto, etc.

He probably is. I think heard somewhere that after you beat him you get a starter from another game? Kanto or Hoenn if I'm not mistaken. lol

 

i have been playing it, and i like it. from what i can tell almost nothing is changed, (but i'm not very far) including most notably the maps' similarities. but if you didnt like gold and silver then dont bother...
