    You haven't really done much. All I can see is that you added more contrast and exposure, cropped it, and added more intensity on the colors. Sort've looks like one of those photos you'd edit on photobucket to upload to myspace, if you get my drift. Nothing very special.

    If you want to edit your photos in a more professional way, have a look at this(assuming you have photoshop)
