    There was a problem verifying the account ID
    What does that mean? I put in the right account id and pass. But I can't get in because that message keeps appearing.

    You said this is a online game?

    Sometimes, online games will ask you to do a verification. In others words, if you give them your e-mail, check if they sent a message to you with the same e-mail you gave.

    Just like KHV did.
