Birth by Sleep Pete

We all know that Pete makes an appearance in 358/2 Days, but a thought came to me when thinking about how he was banished. When he shows up in 358/2 Days, it's more then likely that was after he was freed. So I came up with a small theory (more of a thought, really) that it might show how Pete was banished or freed in Birth by Sleep. From the looks of it Maleficent is searching for the Princesses of Heart, or somehow obtains them before the first Kingdom Hearts, which might be shown as well. Pete could be aiding with that, in some sort of way. And that's all I've come up with for now.....

Any thoughts?

 

As far as we know from the trailers, screenshots, and scans, Maleficent was working alone in Birth by Sleep. She was just forming her plan for rounding up the Princesses of Heart, so Pete was either banished or still with the King.

 

Or... Pete could have still be running free for a while, if you know what I mean. Or Ven, Terra, or Aqua, or all of them in this case, could have stumbled on the world where Pete was banished.

 

Heh wonder how Mickey would react to meeting Ven, Terra, and Aqua?

 

Pete may make a small appearance, but I doubt he'll be a big part of the game. The game seems more serious than the others, so I kind of doubt that they'll bring in a goofy character like him as a big villian.

 

i think he'll be with mickey whenever T.A.V meet him, and he'll probably have some little monologue to himself that shows hes not loyal to the king, other than that i doubt him being very proactive.

 

Pete'll probably be at Disney Castle, since screen show that Mickey is just starting his training with Yen-Sid.

 

he'll probably be the world villain of Disney Castle

 

Maybe we'll find out why Pete was banished.

I think we might see how he got banidshed but he isn't going to be a bad guy cause the game seems much more serious then the others:) and the idea of him eating the whole royal feast is awesome id laugh myself to death if hed do that:)

 

I think we may see Pete in a darker light. He seems bad enough in the movies.

 

you know i dont really think that he was banished for eating the royal dinner but and the thing is that the game looks much more serious than the others so i think he won't have a big role...

 

He has to be banished for some reason. Hopefully it's a really bad reason.

 

yeah i agree id like for him to be banished for a REALLY bad reason.. and i don't think that the king banished him for a little thing like eating the royal court or teasing pluto...

 

Maybe he caused Max Goof to become an Unbirth. That'd explain why he's not in the games.

 

Pete eating the feast would be just the kind of classic slapstick comedy you'd expect from Pete. i can just imagine it.

Mickey is talking to Ven/Terra/Aqua about something serious then they hear a muffled sound. they turn around to see Pete rubbing his stomach in front of a table of empty plates. his ears perk up and he slowly looks towards their direction. close up on Mickey and the others shocked and dissapointed faces. then a close up on Pete's face with BOING sound effect.

 

Hmmm, idk. Basicly what your saying is a possibility, and there is nothing for us to say that it won't happen because it would make perfect sense if it did, especially since 358/2 days and BBS are supposed to 'compliment' eachother, or so I read in one of the BBS update threads.

In my oppinion though, IF it does happen, then it won't actually show pete, since I believe that his charecter would ruin the 'feel' of the game. After all, whenever I watch BBS, it always seems to be so serious, so I sort've have come to suspect that this game will be a bit more serious then past kh games, just like 358/2 days is supposed to be different because of the effect that you have in other worlds.

 

i think that if they decide to do it then they will also show pete... otherwise what is the point of it?

 

Maybe Pete might've been responsible for turning Max into an Unbirth or something.
