Kingdom Hearts II Organization Battles

Well, after watching a battle and reading a Nomura interview, I have a question.

Apparently, when he said the regular battles are scattered in the worlds, he meant you can fight the dead members (someone acsessed Zexion's regular fight via Underworld). So, is it true each and every member gets 2 fights?

Real fight.

And then a data fight?

Some of you have the game, so could you answer the question?

Before you can battle an Organization member at Hollow Bastion, you must first aquire their "data." The data of members who are regulars in KHII, like Demyx, Xaldin, and Xigbar, are automatically obtained after defeating them.

But in order to obtain the data of the CoM members (Larxene, Vexen, Zexion, etc.), you have to fight them again. Their data is scattered throughout the worlds, and when you find the little orb thing in one of the worlds, you fight the member in a regular battle, and if you win, you acquire their data for Hollow Bastion, where their second, more powerful form, waits.

So yes, their are two versions of each Organization member. Although I haven't heard anything about being able to face Axel twice as Sora yet...

 

I think you can. Remember, there is an Axel CoM fight in Kh2. Roxas wouldn't have it after beating Axel, because Roxas goes bye-bye.
