To much sharpening but ooooh well. That and I hate the colour scheme. I should really start working with higher quality images but I can't find any stocks at all these days.
ALL of the sharpening. Yeah that would be my major concern here, that and I'm seeing to much open space. It's not a bad piece, da bubbles are cool. I actually like the color scheme for the most part, although I think it could be a bit brighter. Nice image all around, and Katy be hot.<3
The blue bubble's light bothers me, it just doesn't go with the light. I like sharpening a lot but it is a bit over-sharpened. The colours are fine I think. The Statue of Liberty didn't bother me until I really looked at it but that's kind of unhelpable so. Nice effects :v !
