358/2 Days "Only Seven more days till my summer vacation ends."

After beating KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days, I thought it was weird how they didn't show more of how Roxas was transferred into the other part of Twilight Town. Roxas was put into Twilight Town with his clothes from Kingdom Hearts II. "Only seven more days till my summer vacation ends", while running into the "usual spot". Isn't it weird that he said that? He hasn't gone to school and how did he become friends with Hanyer Pence and Olette so quickly? I remmebr in the game that Axel even had to explain what summer vacation was to Roxas. I don't know, it's a bit odd or is it me? Nomura left those details out, unless I'm missing something?

By the way, what happened to Axel? Also after everything that happened, why was the Organization so worried about getting Roxas back in KINGDOM HEARTS II?

 

I was thinking maybe after roxas was introduced in viertual twilight town, Namine started to take away roxas memories and returning them to sora

Since this process will take some time, maybe Namine implanted some memories into Roxas, and blocked his memories from the days in the organization.


Soo when Roxas wakes up in day 259/ The first day Its just another day on his "normal life" where he has friends and goes to school and etc. Even when none of that happened.

 

Well, I'm assuming that DiZ (or Namine) had programmed memories of school and being friends with them into Roxas before transferring over.

Axel most likely searched around for Roxas a bit, then returned to them to formulate a new plan.
Well, they probably thought "Oh Kingdom Hearts is practically finished, we don't need him anymore". But after he was gone, they must have realized "FFFFFFF- Kingdom Hearts isn't done. WE NEED HIM AGAIN".

That's just my guess on what happened. If they make a Final Mix version of this, they might go more in-depth about this.

 

I haven't played Days, but I think I know.
About the Hayner, Pence, Olette, and the school thing: They weren't real. They were fake memories. The people of the Virtual Twilight Town were all fake, virtual versions of the citizens of the real Twilight Town. However, Diz made the virtuals with data from the hearts of the real people, which is why Virtual HPO acted just like real HPO and felt a connection to Sora through Roxas. That way, they would be just like the original and Diz could still program them when he had to in order to interact with Roxas.

I think the main reason they were after Roxas is because he simply left the Organization. The biggest rule, after all, was "No traitors." That's one of the reasons they sent Axel after him. Axel was the assassin, the one sent to take out traitors. And of course, without Roxas, their heart gathering would be extremely slower, it'd be possible he'd awaken Sora. Even though they could use Sora, Sora was the hero of light and would be a hindrance to their plan.
In other words, Xemnas put a lot of hope into Xion.

 

I think that they inplanted roxas into the digital world with artificial memories of everything. It's a bit ironic....don't you guys remember that he once said "I'd only last One week...." in relation to his vaction?.....

 

There's also the issue that the VTLTW was based around Roxas's own Memories despite it all. Hence why they wanted to go to the beach and ate sea salt ice cream - going by Roxas, Xion and Axel.

Said bluntly and clearly in KH2 itself. To keep Roxas from struggling and finding a way out, they mind-wiped him and let him live happily inside the illusion.
Surprised so many people asked about that, actually :\ go read up the Secret Ansem Reports.

 

I was hoping I'd see more about them putting Roxas into the virtual TT. Axel obviously left the organization to go find Roxas and after finding out he was in the virtual town he went there to try and bring him back.

When I first played KH2 you have the feel of the TT and you think that thats all real and whatever but then Axel comes and the truth starts coming out. You start believing a lie.

The one thing I don't understand is what happens to Roxas after the 6th day?

 

Thought he merged back to Sora?

Well, he finds Sora, then he goes unconcious, then I guess... Riku and Diz merge them back? lol.

 

That was actually covered in the novels. "Axel, Seven Days" was it? Showing what happened behind the scenes and how Axel did manage to get into the VTLW eventually. Lots of Saix issues there.

I think I know but I'm not sure all of a sudden what day this was on x_x So assuming this is where he said his summer vacation was over.
He gave up and fused into Sora. The VTLTW is supposed to be linked to Sora's Memories already, so the transition was a smooth one.

Riku and Diz let the kiddies have fun on their own. The one that tried to intervene was Namine.

the reason they left off was it continued in KHII. it was VIRTUAL town. not the real twilight town. a twilight town DiZ created.they kept the real roxas locked up in a cell sleeping dreaming of the virtual twilight town while awaiting Sora's Awakening.

 

Yeah see the part where Roxas fuses into Sora and then disappears disproves this.
