Comparing between most older Disney films, Frozen actually had a female meet a male and they both didn't automatically fall in love. After all, we had Cinderella, sleeping beauty, and i'm trying to figure out if little mermaid counts too. In fact, they didn't even get married or engaged by the end of the film

I wouldn't call it so much "falling in love" as "wanting to love someone". After all, they even point it out in the film. Plus, when has a Disney princess fallen in love with the antagonist and actually gotten engaged/married? I'm calling foul on this statement

There was definately an engagement there. But the end message was for once is that it was a horribly stupid idea.
