Here it is, just messing around with some effects and 3 different brushes. Real CnC please, no 'Those are really cool!' comments.
The colors flow very nicely with the render. The scanlines did you a nice job. The problem is that it needs a light source, which I'm thinking is that lighter part in the left-middle part of the sig. Try putting a small white light in that. The text also needs to be a bit better because it isn't that noticeable. Find a few new fonts, that'll help.
