Old vs. New: Spam Zone

The Spam Zone is one of the biggest parts of KH vids and has changed so much over time. Honestly I prefer the new spam zone when I look back at the old 2006-2008 spam zone threads. They aren't as entertaining as the 2013 threads. Even the threads I saw in 2012 from when I was a lurker were honestly more enjoyable.

I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to say you are INCREDIBLY wrong.
Kh-drama from 2007-2009 was the greatest thing ever. Those were the endless nights.

 

I feel like one of the reasons KHV in general is so great is that it evolves and changes with its members. I've been a member since I was thirteen years old, and I'm twenty now. I've seen all the changes KHV has gone through over the years, and I feel like it changes for the better with every new game, new member, and new meme. We'll always have our past, but the future is what I look forward to.

I used to go into the spam zone and get multiple hardy laughs a day out of it from 2007 to 2010 and now days I'm lucky to get a chuckle. We had so much more good OC back then with people like Jube, Split, Cin, Trig and VGN posting. You guys are cool and all but most of you just don't amuse me.[DOUBLEPOST=1372960892][/DOUBLEPOST]

Remember the Day of The Ghost? REMEMBER THE YAMI FLOODS? Shit like that was every other day back then.

 

I cry myself to sleep at night remembering this.

 

So I decided to thumb through the backlog and see if old 'Zone really was that funny

and I found out that at least one of you used to wear braces and make Rickroll jokes

...

 

I only care about the smile on my face. It's curiously absent when I read threads like this one.

 

I suppose that means it'll only take you 7 more years to get 1000 posts?

Considering I have a tendency to only post in the singing threads in the Production Studio
Probably.

 

Where literally every thread was 300 posts minimum and even the staff were involved because it was truly a case of you can't beat 'em, so join 'em.

 

I wish I'd frequented the spam zone more back in the day, so I have very little memory of it.

Since my return in 2010 though I remember a lot more. I still love that "The graphics outside are terrible" thread ;-; that was beautiful.

 

The threads back then weren't as great as people are making them out to be. I look back now and I just cringe.

But I suppose it's a case of YMMV.
