The colours don't really blend well, The chief is way to dark for this colour scheme to work. The clipping mask at the top right is to distracting you should get rid of it. Looking at the smudging this piece would be much better if you got rid of all the clipping masks you have here, the left side looks brilliant but your right side doesn't match. This seems more like a B&W tag. Get rid of the border.
