Effects are nice, but they are very monotone, and the stock's colors makes it look very 'slapped-on' there. The positioning of the stock actually does not bother me here, but in the future, pay attention to the rule of thirds. Play with your blur and sharpen tools to create some depth, and dodge/blur to get a more consistent lightsource. Definitely a step up from some of the other things I've seen from you.
