So about a month ago my GP referred me to a neurology clinic in a hospital with suspect narcolepsy.
I had the appointment today and talked to the doctor who asked me a bunch of questions and told me all the tests and stuff I had to do. I got blood tests done today, now I have appointments for two sleep studies, an MRI scan, and then THIS F*CKING THING which I am NOT happy about. They have to test how much of a certain chemical I have, which most people with narcolepsy have low amounts or none of. So yeah I'm kinda scared. The 4 hour nap I had when I got home kinda helped though lol. Has anyone else had a procedure like this done before? Is it as sore as it looks?
