I made this in PhotoShop and I'm just letting you know that it's fake because it looks pretty real if you ask me. Plz comment and tell me what you think.

I have high doubts it'll be rated E, one of the reasons being:

Graphics isn't the spam zone.

it's not too different from the Jap version, but it does look good.
I was kind of hoping for a background though, maybe one of the land of Departure?

 

That may be but I based it off of the comparison chart between CERO's rating standards and ESRB rating standards. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_game_content_rating_system

You'll notice that the Japanese box says it's rated A by CERO's standards. According to the chart, this can be anywhere between Ec and E10 (including E). It's just a guess though.

I did it the same on purpose and just removed the japanese. That's because all the official box art has been that way.
