    Explain your logic. I was always taught that the pluralization of any English word that ends in a consonant replaces the Y with "ies." Why would it be different for a name?

    tThat's how it is with everything... except names. If it's a name or title, it doesn't change, no matter what. For all intents and purposes, it doesn't end with a Y.

    They're proper. Basically, as long as it's a name, it's not an existing word. There' no real reason behind it, it's jsut an Englisg rule I learnt in school
