As much as I'd like to see a remake of the game, I'd much rather have Birth By Sleep or KH3 come out first. They are direct sequels/prequels to continuing games. Maybe when the KH franchise reaches a standstill, then it would be pretty cool. But I can wait. So, has he announced anything about BBS yet or no?
This makes me happy. I for one am getting really tired of the VII hype, I think they have really kicked as much out of it as they can and they should let it rest gracefully now. So now I can go be excited in anticipation instead of being bored.
Well since Final Fantasy VII isn't going to be remade. I wonder what highly anticipated game is going to announced. I hope its KH3.
Well, im not to big a fan of the prequel and most definitely the sequels. But I am a fan of the original. If they did a true remake, as in not mentioning anything thats to far off from original FF7 (aka, the sequels) I would love the idea of remaking it. But seeing as Nomura is now director of FF7 series, that will not happen most likely. :/
I agree with the fact that it has too much hype. But I would still love to see a remake. No more sequels or prequels or spinoffs, but a remake of the original would be great. Let Cloud retire already. If anyone needs some time off, it's him.
I'm not too fused by this. Personally, i'm a fan of the original - have been since it was first released - but i'm far more interested in the FF games to come. I would like to see a remake, but i fear they would tone it down and miss some of it's moments (Cloud in a dress anyone? xD). Perhaps in the future, but not anytime soon.
