Ok, for the past couple of months I've been having nightmares. It all started one night when I saw something and it scared the crap out of me and then every night after that night I was afraid to sleep in my room but then i finally calmed down. Then I began to have nightmares of my sisters getting kidnapped and last night I had a nightmare that I was getting murdered, some guy had a knife and he was trying to stab me and yeah.. what can be the cause of this and how do i make it stop? help please.
I had a similar recurring nightmare for a while. I would be running down a dark, foggy hallway with a bunch of other kids I knew but didn't recognize (as is common in dreams), with a dark figure chasing us. Once I realized that it meant nothing and ceased being spooked by it, it gradually went away. I would be having it every night, then once a week, once a month... etc. Eventually, it stopped coming. I did have a version of it a few months ago, but I was having a bunch of old dreams at the time for some reason, so... yeah.
Hey you know whats really creepy. Last night i had a dream/nightmare that my sisters cat was pregnant again and she had kittens and so we had to give away our to other cats and we took then to an old man and i went in his house and said goodbye to my char char (my cat charlie) and then i saw a hand and it was a murderer and he was trying to stab me. the wierd part is that my mom thinks my sisters cat is pregnant again and she said we might have to give a way are two other cats and she said that before i told her i had that nightmare so i think we are gonna have to give up our cats and im gonna get murdererd soon so im really scared :)
Dreams are expressions of our subconscious minds, NOT prophesies. Probably you heard or subconsciously noticed your cat's pregnancy and that, combined with other elements - the old man (neighbor?), the murder (possibly from either a show/book/etc or a fragment of it that you saw or read) - all combined to form a dream that makes no logical sense in real life. Trust me. I've had TONS of weird dreams which were combined from different elements.
no, i had no idea my sisters cat was pregnant nor did i even think of that ever this year old man? i did say hello to one when i was taking out the garbage cans teh night of the nightmare murderer- uh thats like totally random, nothing to do with anything, i dont watch scary movies or tv shows and i didnt read anything liek that either.
