I'm seeing a lot of talk about the next generation systems in other threads so I thought I would give people a better spot to put all their comments. Go ahead and talk about the pros and cons of each system (Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii. For those of you who have been living under a rock). I’m only going to make two rules… 1) I can’t say not to opinionated in a thread like this, but try to keep it as factual as possible. 2) You must either own the system or find legitimate research in order to make a claim on a system. This should stop false or highly exaggerated info from being on here.
Your intentions are awesome, but this pretty much still belongs in the gaming chat section of the forum.
The old overpriced bit. Yes the PS3 is the most expensive of the systems, but the system itself is under priced. If you look at the blu-ray player aspect of it alone it shows. A blu-ray player can go for $1000 easy, the PS3 includes one and it's only $600 (less actually since the price drop). Then you get into the 3 systems worth of games, DVDs, CDs, the hard drive, internet compatibility, etc, and suddenly it seems like a bargain.
