Digital Art New style

Well, I've never made a great sig using halos. But this is the best I've come up with. Tried to make light and dark and the render contributes nicely to that. Followed a tut to make those fancy lighting-ish lines.

Bleh...doesn't compare with Cin or Darky though. Thx for the comment though.
I was just wodnering whether it should have text but I really can't find a good one...

 

Good job man, this is probably your best...XD

However, it's still not AMAZING. Though the background is nice, having it just be all those lines makes it look repetative and a bit boring. Also having them go up and down contributes to that. Try make them come out from Zasalamel's scythe as more circular.

Anyway, 7.5/10, simply becuase it IS your best...;)

Here's a little word of advice: if you have a reason to put text, then put it. Otherwise if you don't, you'll just clog up your work for no reason. With the way you're sig's looking, I don't think you'd have the space for text anyway.

You should really try and look at text as an element/form, and try to intergrate it into the space, just like you'd do with a picture. I've seen a lot of pretty sigs but with horribly placed/worked text, in my opinion. :/

I was thinking about a sorta diagonal text under his scythe but I guess it's way better w/o.
