Hm. Um, this would be my...er... 4th sig I've made, I think, so keep the CnC to a...simple level. One a beginner can understand. Lol. ^^
I'll try to keep it to a simple level. Good how you darkened Tifa, but not how much you did. A little less darkening and some more sharpening. If I'm not mistaken, all you did was brushing. You can't CnC that. I don't mean that in a good way, no offense. Eh...try to find some techniques to use other than brushing because if brushing is used as the background...than it doesn't look good. I can help you but one question. Photoshop or GIMP?
The only complaint I have with this is that it is a tad too big. Maybe try the default size people mostly use(400X150) and see where it goes from there.
Alright. A good place for tuts is GIMPtalk[dot]com for tuts. Planet Renders has some good ones as well if you can find them. If you experiment with some of the filters, you might get some good results.
Oooh. Now i know what you're saying. Sometimes i mess around with clouds and plasma; I saw a tut on doing a sig without using brushes at all and learned how to make that look really cool. So I'll get back to you in a little bit... GIMP is being a stubborn child and won't respond O_o Okay. Sharpened and lightened... but Iunno how to resizeit yet... lol.
